Brittany + Terrance // Leduc Family Photos

Oh how I wish fall lasted a little longer. What a gorgeous time of year, top that off with such an incredible family and it makes me squeal with delight. I was very excited to join Brittany + Terrance and their two handsome little boys for fall photos. While we see each other a few times a year, it is usually in the studio. It was nice to shake things up a bit.

It is a long post, but I couldn’t help myself.

Anna + Jeremy // The Full Circle Workshop

I had the pleasure of attending The Full Circle Workshop with Ryan + Beth Photographers from Spruce Grove.

This was a wedding workshop about the entire process of photographing weddings, from attracting the right clients for your business, through the day, post production, and album design. It was wonderful to see inside someone else’s business, see what works, what doesn’t, and how things are different from how I already do things. It was a wonderful experience with a fun husband and wife photography team.

Here are some of my images from the day. Thank you Ryan + Beth for sharing how you rock out your wedding photos.:)

Then of course a huge thank you to Anna + Jeremy. Holy Moly this couple was MADE for this workshop! How much fun would it be to relive your wedding day in front of twelve photographers?

Drake’s Birthday // Leduc Child Photographer

Drake’s second birthday was in early June ( I am about 10 sessions behind on blogging, hang in there they are coming) His first birthday he was let loose with finger paints and I needed something just was kick butt this year.
How about cheerios, a really really big box of cheerios and a litre of milk, oohh… and apples, two bags. and a bath? Why not.. So much fun, incredibly messy. It is 8 weeks later and I am still finding the odd cheerio:)

Candace & Sarah // SOLO SESSIONS

Every time I post a solo session I always tell you they are my favorite. This time is no different. I flipping love solo sessions!
This is my sister Candace and her friend Sarah. Sarah was visiting from Yorkton, Sask for the weekend. I suggested if they were up for it to come out and model for me so I could play with some new lighting techniques. I have been bringing my studio light out on location with me and LOVE IT!:)

After 2 hours, clothing changes in the field and several dozen mosquitoes here is what we came up with….

Mary & TJ // Royal Alberta Museum

Mary & Tj met with me this weekend for a session at Royal Alberta Museum in Edmonton. Even though it was a Saturday, mid day, smack dab in the middle of wedding season it was practically empty. Such a beautiful beautiful couple. My job was easy, they must practice posing at home. Before I could ask them to move into the next pose they had already switched themselves into the next adorable pose.:)
